This could be the name of your company or a name that identifies the main account as distinct from that of the partner’s account.
Want to add an alias? It’s easy. Log in to your Silverbird account. Go to ‘Accounts’ and click on the account you would like to change the alias for. Select the 3 dots in the right-hand corner and click ‘Edit Alias’.
