How do I submit cheques?

We don’t accept cheques because we’re not a bank—we’re a digital platform for the making and receiving of cross-border payments.

You’ll need to transfer the funds of the cheque to a bank account to transfer it into your Silverbird account.

If you are experiencing any technical difficulties, please attempt the following trouble-shooting method.

To change any personal details, go to your account’s dashboard, click on your company name and select ‘User Profile’.

If you're logged out and you forget your login password, you'll need to reset it.

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to offer some currencies to clients who are either operating in the EEA or with EEA.

In your Silverbird account on the left-hand menu, you’ll see a downward arrow next to your company name—click that. Then press the ‘Add / Switch Profile’ button.

Go to ‘Accounts’ and click on the account you would like to change the alias for. Select the 3 dots in the right-hand corner and click ‘Edit Alias’.

Unfortunately, we don't have this functionality yet.

International payments are made through either SWIFT or Local. Local payments are generally slower than SWIFT.

In your Silverbird account, select ‘Beneficiaries’ from the left-hand menu, and click ‘Add Beneficiaries’ on the top right-hand side.

We are pleased to offer all of our users full permission level for the account.

To receive a ‘match’, you will need to enter the payee’s name as it appears on their bank account.

It's really quick and easy, in your account you can see a full list of your transactions in the account tab.

Click on the ‘Accounts’ page. Select the account, select the 3 dots on the right-hand side to add money.

Click your company name in the top left-hand corner. Select ‘User Profile’. This allows you to edit your first name, last name, and password.

You can go to ‘Accounts’ on the left-side menu bar and select 'Add Account’. Then you can choose from a selection of 54 currencies.
