Why was my inbound payment not received?

If the sender bank can provide you with a payment confirmation statement, a payment trace, or if applicable, a SWIFT MT103 message, we will be able to contact our payment provider for additional details as to the location of the payment.

Be mindful that we don’t accept payments from a small number of government-sanctioned countries—if the payment bounced back, it could be because the country in question is sanctioned. You can see our list of sanctioned countries here.
