Now we can accept clients from Europe

In late December we have received huge news from our CFO in our internal chats. We can now onboard clients from European Union and European Economic Area. This is a big one for us since we’ve been working on this for quite a while, it took us several months to get all the approvals and we’re super excited to start onboarding clients from Europe.

Fixed SMS Delivery issues in Turkey and Hong Kong

The other major change that happened this month also has to do with expanding our geography. We finally fixed SMS delivery issues for our clients in Turkey and Hong Kong. Previously, customers from these countries couldn’t start the onboarding on Silverbird due to inability to receive sms codes within their region. This won’t be an issue anymore and companies from both countries can finally get onboard with Silverbird.
