To make a complaint, please send us an email at complaints@silverbird.com with a brief description of what's happened and how you'd like us to fix it. Once received, we'll email you confirming that we've got your complaint and ask for any additional information. We'll investigate the details of your case as quickly as possible, and do our best to send you a final response within 15 business days.
If you're dissatisfied with our response, you have the right to refer your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service, which offers an independent review service—but you must do so within six months of receiving our final response.
