In March, we added a new option called "Statements" to Silverbird's left-side menu. This new option includes two types of statements: monthly PDF statements and customizable CSV statements.

Under the "Statements" menu, you can choose between two types of statements:
Statements will be available for all currency accounts that had at least one transaction.
Note: For now, if you are a BankingCircle customer, you will only see Custom statements.
1. Monthly statements are PDF files that show your account's activity for each month it was open. You can download one or multiple PDFs by checking the checkbox on the left and selecting "Download selected PDFs." If you want to download all statements at once, you can use "Select All" to download a zip file.
2. Custom statements are CSV files that you can customize by selecting a date range using the date picker. You can preview the data on the screen before downloading it.
