In November, we have rolled out a significant update to our Onboarding application process.
We noticed that many of our potential customers were struggling with preparing the application themselves. And we feel their pain. Unfortunately, you do need to upload many documents and provide some tricky details about your company to open an international bank account. So we decided to take this burden off our customers’ shoulders and do it for them.
Now, when your try to open an account with Silverbird, you’ll see a big button that allows you to schedule a call with our Onboarding Team.
Once you’ve scheduled a call, you’ll receive an email explaining what to expect and the list of documents you’ll need to keep with you for that call.
During this 30-minutes call, our Onboarding Specialist will ask you a few questions about your company and request you to upload some documents. We’ll take care of the rest, preparing the whole application for you. Once it’s done (typically in just a few hours), you’ll be asked to confirm the application, and it’ll go straight to our compliance team to submit all the paperwork and open an account for you.
We’re very excited to launch this new service and hope it’ll make it much easier for you to open an international bank account.
