My transaction got rejected, now what?

Any rejected payments will be sent back to the sender automatically. If your payment has been rejected by the beneficiary bank, we suggest you raise this issue with them directly. Please note that this doesn’t happen immediately. In extreme cases, it might take between 2 to 3 weeks for the payment to reach your account due to processing delays.
